About Us
We are the Kennedy family, and we love dogs. We are a Christian Homeschooling family. When our 13 year old dog died in 2008 we decided to start breeding Golden Retrievers to share the love of these wonderful dogs with others.

Since then, we bred the two dogs we got, Bo and Ruthie, up until spring 2017. From their last litter of puppies we kept one of the puppies. We named her Melody and now continue to breed pure bred Golden Retrievers with her.
​
One influence we have had as we have thought about breeding purebred dogs is the dog training used by the Monks of New Skete. We just happened upon a great video about dog training at our local library, and it is one of the most interesting, yet very sensible approaches to dog training we have seen. While they will provide training to any and all dogs, just ordering a video from them to watch would probably encourage you in the way you bring up your puppies.
